I definitely appreciated the tip in reviews and the instructions to heat up curved edges. I think based upon the instructions and labels of each piece of vinyl the application procedure is very intuitive. When my vinyl didnt show up by the time the suggested period ended, I contacted Barry in order to ask about what the next step might be. At no cost of my own he sent me a replacement as it was possible my first order had gotten lost. While it ended up taking a very long time to arrive, I believe the quality of the product and customer service are worth the wait.
