Orders are processed in 1-5 business days (weekends & holidays not included). Shipping times are in addition to processing time. Please note that not all estimated delivery dates are guaranteed, as we unfortunately have no control over courier delays. 

Domestic (Australia) via Australia Post

  • Free Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: estimated delivery within 2-4 business days

International Shipping via Australia Post & USPS

  • Free Standard International Shipping: estimated delivery within 10-20 business days
  • Standard Tracked International Shipping: estimated delivery within 7-21 business days
  • Express Tracked International Shipping: estimated delivery within 5-15 business days

International Customs Fees

Customers outside of the Australia are responsible for paying customs fees, as well as taxes, VAT, and duties to the courier as applicable upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs clearance can also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Incorrectly Submitted Details at Checkout

Please double-check details such as your address and email to ensure that your order arrives successfully to you. If you realise there has been in error in the details you've submitted after the order is made, please contact us at customerservice@luxskinsofficial.com and we will attempt to rectify the issue straight away. If the error is relayed to us after the order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address for you.
